Blossom and Flourish in this Season

The pandemic has shifted the mindset of how people conduct everyday life. A million loved ones have passed away; the daily brick and mortar of going into the office has changed as some individuals continue to work remotely or with hybrid schedules; learning institutions across the United States became one-to-one (by providing technology for students); and worship online has become more commonplace, irrespective of denomination or religion.

As the world continues to reopen, it’s imperative to capture each positive moment as it comes. Remember to blossom and flourish where you’re planted. Meaning, be the authentic you, dance like you don’t have a care in the world, and celebrate your successes and that of others while you continue to focus on the good.

We are communicators, but we still need to listen to our inner voices. It’s essential to keep a healthy work-life balance that supports a creative mindset. I find when I take time to meditate, look at the glass as half full in spite of the pressure and stresses around me and remain positive, my vision and innovation remains fluid and continues to flow.

Even among the demands of family, work, and social commitments, remember to remain optimistic while being attentive to the details. You, too, can do this because you are the expert in your field. Always work in a spirit of excellence, be that life-long learner, and you will always succeed.

I believe wholeness matters and it’s pivotal to:

  • Believe in yourself and continue on your path until the right door opens
  • Determine the strategies needed in order to win in your career
  • Press into your goals
  • Stay positive, even when you’re uncomfortable and faced with obstacles
  • Walk in your purpose on purpose and you will #win

Some of the platforms I’ve found useful as a communicator are:

Many of us are bouncing back and realigning ourselves in our assignments at home and at work. It’s time to develop a new swing. The new swing will result in a shift, and that shift will bring about change we can now approach with a new perspective. Projects that frustrated us or deterred us in the last season no longer need to hinder our progress.

Capture this time because this is ‘your’ winning season! As you move forward, be renewed and experience prosperity in places that were once barren in your career or family. Now is the time to blossom and flourish in this season!
