Women Redefine Power
Women are eager to move up out of the ranks of middle management into senior executive roles, but their own negative attitudes towards power often hold them back. Many external barriers have fallen, but women are still not walking through the open doors into top leadership, but have been stalled at less than 20% for decades. Businesses are scrambling to recruit and retain high performing women who too often drop out of the workplace. The goal of this program is to help women lead in equal partnership with men, toward the freedom, peace, and prosperity that we all deserve.
Participants will learn:
- Current representation of women in leadership in Springfield
- Changed paradigm from “power over” to “power to” which will give them the confidence to walk through the doors that have been opened
- Quick glance at one career-changing practical tool that they can implement right away. “Carpe the Chaos” on how to handle the energy of chaotic times in a corporate setting. About the program Castrey focuses on the learned internal barriers that prevent most women from claiming their fair and equal place in leadership.
