Know To Grow: Leadership and Mentoring within the Organization
Presented by Iana Daniels
Webinar is funded in part by the AWC Matrix Foundation
About the Program:
Mentoring and talent management are two important factors for organizational sustainability. A personnel talent and interest inventory are key to identifying potential leaders and possibly influencers in the organization. It is important to identify any specific requirements for leadership (training, years in the organization, etc.), then identify those with potential and ensure they meet all the necessary qualifications to lead the organization. Talent management and mentorship ensures rotation of leadership and part of a strategy to sustain the life of the organization.
