Andrea Warren
Andrea Warren, M.A., M.S., has freelanced since the early 1980s. She grew her business by finding steady newsletter clients and also wrote brochures and ad copy. She gave writing seminars for clients as diverse as the PGA and NASA. Warren has contributed articles to a long list of publications, including Woman's Day, Family Circle, Redbook, Parents, Ladies' Home Journal, Good Housekeeping, Reader's Digest, The Washington Post, and The Boston Globe.
She is the author of 10 books, including five award-winning nonfiction books for young readers. These include Orphan Train Rider: One Boy's True Story and Surviving Hitler: A Boy in the Nazi Death Camps.
Warren began her career as a teacher and worked briefly as a newspaper reporter and magazine editor before becoming a full-time freelancer.
