NEW and UPDATED Clarion Categories for the 2008 competition!
The AWC Clarion Task Force has conducted a
competitive analysis of the Clarion Awards to more than a dozen other major communications
awards competitions, researching communications technology trends, and analyzing the quantity
of entries in historical Clarion categories. The result is a more up-to-date listing of
categories. Some categories have been combined, some eliminated, some added. Some categories just have
newer more contemporary names and definitions.
In addition, several subcategories have changed. Carefully review all categories and their subcategories before entering; this
ensures that you enter your work in the best fitting category.
Also, be sure to read through all entry submission guidelines to make sure that your entry
is complete. Entries that do not include all specified materials will be disqualified.
